What is Lego
Serious Play?
Lego Serious Play is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving process developed by the Lego Group. Using Lego bricks as a medium, participants build physical models in response to questions posed by the facilitator — externalizing their thoughts and enabling richer, more honest group dialogue.
